Almost as if fear surrounds a mind

Almost as if fear surrounds a mind

Fear through as a seamless dark night

The long mind if almost surrounds haunting

The soul diminishes with many heartbreaking nightmares

When resting but, discomfort still in thought

Discomfort diminishes but many resting in thought

Still heartbreaking when the soul with nightmares

Terror spreads each and every single night

Terror spreads each and every single night

Realization that it only was just a hallucination

Realization that it only was just a hallucination

Hallucination was a terror every single night

And that only just spreads each realization

Heartbreaking soul in the dark long nightmares

Terror diminishes and surrounds every single night

Each realization as if discomfort spreads many

Resting through only a still seamless hallucination

That was when the fear almost haunting

But with every thought just a mind

Explanation: I decided to write this poem due to the "Hallucination's" or dreams that I have been having recently. Lately, I have been having nightmares when I am dreaming at night.  Since my dreams have been about nightmares lately, I tried to center my poem around this topic due to the common occurrence of this topic when dreaming.
